The Vision
Pescado is a thoughtfully-designed retreat, with just seven residences – six available for sale, plus Chloe and Paul’s home. Each residence occupies its own full floor, offering ultimate privacy, security, and large living spaces. Expansive windows frame breathtaking ocean views, allowing natural light to flood the interiors and creating a seamless connection with the development’s surroundings. Featuring secure on-site parking and smart technology throughout the property, Pescado seamlessly blends convenience with modern luxury, ensuring effortless living in every detail.

Inspired by the iconic homes of Palm Beach and the renowned Potato Head in Bali, Pescado’s red brick façade is a perfect blend of local heritage and timeless charm. The layered archways at the entrance add a sense of elegance and depth, while grounding the building with classic, enduring and environmentally-responsive materials. The red brick evokes a nostalgic, yet modern twist on Gold Coast homes, offering a warm, welcoming barrier that sets the tone for a peaceful arrival. Above the red brick, the development becomes lighter and more fluid, complemented by cascading green planters that mimic the mountains and neighbouring hinterlands. A sanctuary and retreat; an escape from the chaos of the everyday.

Pescado’s wave-inspired façade is a reflection of its surroundings – fluid, sculpted, and deeply connected to the land and sea. Echoing the gentle curves of the ocean and the organic forms of the hinterland, its design invites a sense of calm. Featuring natural travertine and clay brick, the building is as timeless as it is sustainable, embracing materials that are drawn from the earth and environmentally-conscious.

The Interiors

Expanses of glass and open-plan layouts invite light and breathtaking views into each residence, blurring the lines between inside and out. Timber flooring and natural travertine mirror the textures of sand and stone, while thoughtful layering of materials enhances the warmth and tactility of the interiors, ensuring every surface is as beautiful as it is functional. Inspired by the coastal landscape and a refined, resort-like aesthetic, step into a world of understated luxury every time you return home.

A tranquil sanctuary within each residence, the ensuite bathrooms elevate everyday rituals into restorative experiences. Subtle additions of green marble benchtops meet European porcelain floor and wall tiles, creating an atmosphere of refined luxury reminiscent of a private day spa. These thoughtfully-designed retreats blend seamlessly with the adjacent bedrooms and living spaces, maintaining the cohesive elegance that defines each residence.
The Amenities

At Pescado, every detail is deeply personal. Chloe and Paul have handpicked materials that reflect what they love – including around the wellness and communal spaces. Drawing inspiration from Ibiza’s Six Senses, the communal pool echoes their favourite Spanish retreat, while the gym, sauna, ice bath and BBQ area create a sanctuary for both wellness and connection. Spend the day with your favourite people, or indulge in quiet moments alone.
